EQUIPMENT
BLOWERS & FANS
Blower is a machine to move air at a moderate pressure. Or simply, blowers are used for blowing air/gas. A Fan is a machine used to move fluid or air. It is operated through a motor via electricity which rotates the blades that are attached to a shaft.
CHILLER
A chiller is a machine that removes heat from a liquid via a vapor-compression, Adsorption refrigeration, or absorption refrigeration cycles. This liquid can then be circulated through a heat exchanger to cool equipment, or another process stream.
COMPRESSOR
A compressor is a mechanical device that increases the pressure of a gas by reducing its volume. An air compressor is a specific type of gas compressor. Compressors are similar to pumps: both increase the pressure on a fluid and both can transport the fluid through a pipe.
AIR DRYER
The purpose of air dryers is to suppress the dew point of your compressed air by removing water from it. Compressed air can contain moisture, which, under the right conditions, can reach the dew point temperature and condense into a harmful liquid.
AIR FILTER
A filter is a piece of process equipment used during the filtration and drying phase of compressed air
GENERATOR
In electricity generation, a generator is a device that converts motive power into electrical power for use in an external circuit. Sources of mechanical energy include steam turbines, gas turbines, water turbines, internal combustion engines, wind turbines and even hand cranks.
HEAT EXCHANGER
A heat exchanger is a system used to transfer heat between two or more fluids. Heat exchangers are used in both cooling and heating processes.
MOTORS
A motor is a machine that converts electrical/air energy to rotational energy.
PUMPS
A pump is a device that moves fluids (liquids or gases), or sometimes slurries, by mechanical action, typically converted from electrical energy into Hydraulic energy. Pumps can be classified into three major groups according to the method they use to move the fluid: direct lift, displacement, and gravity pumps.
STORAGE TANKS
Storage tanks are containers that hold liquids, compressed gases or mediums used for the short- or long-term storage of heat or cold. The term can be used for reservoirs, and for manufactured containers.
INDUSTRIAL VIBRATORS
A devices which create mechanical vibrations using air/oil/electricity.
